SMF Language Strings

I am no longer active in the SimpleMachines forum project (here is why) and no longer have the time to continue maintaining this script.

The best alternative would be to encourage simplemachines.org to make an official language string utility. As there is now a centralised translation tool, all languages and SMF versions could easily be displayed with no maintaince required after the original script is setup
